What is Digital Eye Fatigue?
It is the ocular discomfort felt after 2+ hours in front of digital devices. It is characterized by:

What impact does it have on our eyes and vision?
- It can lead to the focusing muscle in the eye becoming tired. The ciliary muscle inside the eye works extra hard whenever ou have to focus up close. Constantly moving on and off screens is a sure fire way to overwork them and give yourself eye fatigue.
- Blinking less causes dryness. On average we blink 18 times per minute, when you use digital devices you only blink about 4 times per minute (80% reduction).
