Remember to stay visible this Halloween

Did you know that children are twice as likely to be in a car accident on Halloween than any other night during the year. Here are some tips to help you stay visible during all Hallows’ eve!

  • choose bright and light coloured costumes and clothing wherever possible
  • give your child a glow stick or flashlight and as a parent carry one along yourself
  • buy reflective tape and attach it to your child’s costume

Follow the above tips and this will help ensure that motorists can see your child and that you can keep an eye on them.

Enjoy a safe and fun Halloween!
